The holidays are coming up and so we thought we would give you some gifts ideas- eye related gifts of course!!

Part 1 of our holiday shopping guide will focus on gifts we can get for general eye health.

  1. Sunglasses. Considering getting your loved ones a pair of quality sunglasses. UV lights cause cataracts and macular degeneration, sunglasses is important to keep your eyes healthy
  2. A supply of contact lens cases. Often we forget to change the contact lens case. Bacteria can build up, easily causing eye infection. Contact lens cases should be changed at least every 2 months.Cute contact lens cases on Amazon:
