Optometrist
Dr. Charlene To grew up in Richmond Hill and attended Richmond Hill High School before earning her Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo. She then continued her education at the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree.
Dr. To completed clinical externships at multiple VA Medical Centers in the United States, focusing on diagnosing and treating disease such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. She also worked at various private practices focusing on primary eye care and contact lens fitting for all ages.
Dr. To is certified in prescribing diagnostic, topical and oral therapeutic agents.
In her spare time, Dr. To enjoys photography, board games, travelling, cooking and eating! She stays healthy by doing yoga and playing badminton.
Dr. To is fluent in English and Cantonese.
